These terms govern your use of the Auto Yard game (the “Game”) and this website (the “Site”), provided by Burak Gürgil (“we”). By downloading or using the Game you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the Game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with Google Play's rules. The Game is licensed, not sold. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game.
2. Rules of use
You agree not to:
- manipulate the Game or its servers with cheats, automation or by editing save files,
- reverse engineer, copy, modify or redistribute the Game (except where the law expressly allows it),
- try to access another player's account or data,
- do anything that disrupts, overloads or endangers the security of the service.
3. Community rules
Your nickname, garage name, profile photo and garage are visible to other players. Don't use insults, hate speech, sexual content, violence, other people's personal information, impersonation or unlawful content in them. You can flag inappropriate content in the game with REPORT and BLOCK the player. We may remove content that breaks these rules, restrict access to the friend features or suspend the account.
4. Account
You can play the Game as a guest. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, your progress is backed up to the cloud and the friend features unlock. You are responsible for the security of the account you sign in with. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete the cloud save of accounts that seriously break these terms.
5. In-game money, gems and items
The money (₺), gems, cars, crates, decor and other items in the Game are virtual items for use in the Game only; they have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for real money, sold or transferred to another account. When you buy them, you only receive a licence to use them in the Game. We may change the price, value and properties of virtual items to keep the Game balanced. The odds for the cars in each crate are shown in the shop.
6. Purchases and refunds
Gem packs are sold through Google Play under Google Play's payment terms; prices are shown in the store in your currency. Gems you buy are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Because digital content is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the extent permitted by applicable law; refund requests are handled under the Google Play refund policy. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If a purchase didn't reach your account, write to us.
7. Ads
The Game contains rewarded ads that open only when you choose to watch one. Watching ads is never required, and the reward is given only if you watch the ad to the end. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.
8. Intellectual property
The software, design, graphics, music, text and other content of the Game and the Site belong to us or our licensors. Car names and brands in the Game belong to their owners, are used for identification only and do not imply any connection with or endorsement by those owners. You confirm that the profile photo you upload and the names you enter are yours or that you have the right to use them, and you give us a free, limited permission to show them in the Game.
9. Changes to the service
The Game is offered free of charge. We may add or remove features, require updates or end the Game entirely with reasonable notice. If we end it, we will announce it on the Site before deleting cloud saves.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided “as is”; we don't guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors. Although we offer a cloud backup against lost saves, we can't promise that progress will never be lost. Except where liability cannot be limited by law (intent, gross negligence, mandatory consumer rights), we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Game.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live as a consumer remain unaffected. For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Turkish Law No. 6502 have jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in the Game or on this page before they take effect. If you keep using the Game after a change, you accept the new terms.
