In the game (instant)
- Tap your avatar in the top-left corner and open the ACCOUNT plate on the PROFILE screen. (SETTINGS → ACCOUNT AND PRIVACY → GAME ACCOUNT leads to the same place.)
- Tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT, then YES, DELETE PERMANENTLY.
- Choose the account you signed in with (Google or Facebook) once more to confirm it's you.
Your account and all the data in the table below are deleted immediately, and the game on that phone starts over. This button only appears if you signed in (with Google or Facebook). If you played as a guest, we hold no data about you on our servers; uninstalling the game removes the save on your phone.
If you signed in with Facebook
Deleting your account in the game or with the web form below also deletes all data that came into the game through Facebook sign-in: your name, email address, profile photo address and the Facebook user ID linked to your game account. To also remove Auto Yard's access to your Facebook account, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites in Facebook, find Auto Yard and tap Remove (menu names may differ slightly between Facebook versions). Removing access on its own doesn't delete your game progress; use the steps above for that.
With the web form
If you've uninstalled the game or can't open it:
- Fill in the form below with the email address of the Google or Facebook account you signed in with. If your Facebook account has no email address, write your Facebook name in the note field.
- We'll send you an email to confirm the request came from that address; reply to it.
- After confirmation, the deletion is completed within 30 days at the latest and we'll let you know.
If you can't use the form, write to gurgilburak@gmail.com with the same details.
What gets deleted?

What may remain for a while: reports made by you or about you (up to 180 days), notification sending logs (up to 1 day), your nickname in gifts your friends haven't collected yet, and purchase and ad records held by Google. For requests made with the web form, only your email address and the request date are kept for 3 years as proof that we completed the request. Files on your phone stay only on your device; to remove them, uninstall the game or go to Settings → Apps → Auto Yard → Storage → Clear data.
